Porsi: 4 porsi
Bahan-bahan
- 1 pcs Cayote
- 200 gr Long Beans
- 1 eggplant, cut into square
- 2 pcs carrot, peeled,washed and cut into rectangle
- 1 sweet corn peel and shaved origin
- 1 eggplant, washed and cut into rectangle
- 1 pcs Tempeh, cut into dice, fried 1/2 way
- 3 pcs of Tofu, cut into dice fried 1/2 way
- 1 bunch of long beans cut as you like
- 2 bay leaves
- 3 pcs of Green Chillies slices medium it size
- Sugar and Salt (depend on your taste)
- 1.5 Ltr Water
- 100 gr Salted Fish (cut into smal pieces and fried tem well)
- 200 ml Light Coconut Milk
- Spice Paste
- 2 pcs Candlenuts
- 5 shallots
- 4 cloves garlic
- 2 cm of galangal
- 1 cm of Ginger
Langkah
Grind or Blend the Spice paste. Then Saute until its Fragrant. Add the Bay leaf inside
Add the Salted fish, water, sugar and salt. Continue mixing for some minutes until all the spice absorbed
Then Put inside all the vegetable start from the one that need longest time to cooked. And add the light Coconut Milk. Continue Cooking unyil its Boiling and the vegetables well-cooked
Serving suggestion :its Good To eat with Rice (nasi putih) And Sambal Terasi completed with Rice Crackers
